This Delivery Policy explains our delivery coverage, timescales, charges, and procedures. We aim to provide a reliable, hassle-free delivery service to all our customers. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Section 1

Delivery Areas

  • 1We currently offer delivery across Birmingham and surrounding areas within a specified radius.
  • 2Our other branches (Bradford, Leeds, Sheffield, Bolton) also offer local delivery within their respective regions.
  • 3Website prices are exclusively available for deliveries within the Birmingham area.
  • 4Nationwide delivery options may be available for larger orders — please contact us to discuss.

Section 2

Delivery Times

  • 1Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10:00AM Monday to Friday.
  • 2Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 5:00PM the previous working day.
  • 3Estimated delivery windows will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • 4Delivery times may be affected during bank holidays, severe weather, or high-demand periods.

Section 3

Delivery Charges

  • 1Delivery is free for orders over the minimum free delivery threshold (please check at checkout).
  • 2A delivery fee applies for orders below the free delivery threshold.
  • 3Delivery charges are calculated based on order value and delivery location.
  • 4Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Section 4

Packaging & Handling

  • 1All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • 2Chilled and frozen products are delivered in insulated packaging to maintain temperature.
  • 3Fresh produce is packed separately from dry goods to prevent contamination.
  • 4Large or heavy items may be delivered on pallets — please ensure adequate access for delivery vehicles.

Section 5

Failed Deliveries

  • 1If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will attempt to leave the order in a safe place.
  • 2If a safe place is unavailable, the order will be returned to our depot and you will be contacted to rearrange.
  • 3A redelivery charge may apply for missed deliveries where prior notice was given.
  • 4It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the agreed window.

Section 6

Damaged or Missing Items

  • 1Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any damaged or missing items immediately.
  • 2All damage or shortage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • 3We will arrange a replacement delivery or issue a credit/refund for confirmed shortages or damages.
  • 4Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted, so please check your order carefully on arrival.
