This Order Placement Policy outlines how orders are placed, confirmed, amended, and cancelled at CaterChoice. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your nearest branch.

Section 1

How to Place an Order

  • 1Orders can be placed online through our website 24/7, or by calling your nearest branch during opening hours.
  • 2To place an online order, add the products you require to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment.
  • 3For large or bulk orders, we recommend contacting your local branch directly to discuss requirements and ensure stock availability.
  • 4New customers must register for an account before placing their first online order.

Section 2

Order Cut-Off Times

  • 1Same-day delivery: Orders must be placed before 10:00AM on the day of required delivery.
  • 2Next-day delivery: Orders must be placed before 5:00PM the previous working day.
  • 3Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday unless otherwise agreed.
  • 4Cut-off times may vary during bank holidays and peak periods — please check with your local branch.

Section 3

Order Confirmation

  • 1You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed successfully.
  • 2A second notification will be sent once your order has been picked, packed, and dispatched.
  • 3If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
  • 4Order confirmations include your order number, items ordered, total cost, and estimated delivery time.

Section 4

Order Amendments

  • 1Orders may be amended within 1 hour of placement, subject to stock availability.
  • 2To amend an order, please call your local branch immediately, quoting your order number.
  • 3Once an order has been dispatched, amendments cannot be made.
  • 4Any price differences resulting from amendments will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Section 5

Order Cancellations

  • 1Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour of placement.
  • 2Cancellations after 1 hour but before dispatch may incur a handling fee.
  • 3Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy.
  • 4To cancel an order, contact us by phone with your order number as soon as possible.
